Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Program Manager V

Description: Program management support for 's Business Engineering team, scoped to the Business Messaging monetization priority area within the Enterprise horizontal. The worker will provide coordination and execution support across a defined set of cross-functional programs connecting advertiser and client insights to product workstreams in the business messaging monetization space.

Scope of ServicesCoordinate delivery across defined cross-functional Business Messaging monetization programs, tracking milestones, dependencies, and status across engineering, product, and business partnersMaintain end-to-end project plans and schedules for assigned programs, including timeline tracking and dependency mappingDocument and route client and advertiser insights into the relevant product workstreams for the business messaging monetization areaTrack and surface program risks, blockers, and dependencies to the assignment managerPrepare and maintain program status reporting, including tracking against defined program metrics and KPIs for the assigned workstreamsMaintain program documentation, process artifacts, and operating cadence materials for the assigned programsCoordinate with legal, policy, and compliance reviewers as required for assigned program deliverables

Skills and Experience requiredStrong program or project management experience in technology, digital advertising, or a comparable domainDemonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed, global organizationStrong product first and customer centric mindset. Experience operating in early-stage or pre-product-market-fit environments where scope and process are still being definedStrong written and verbal communication; able to produce clear status reporting for technical and business audiencesAnalytical skills sufficient to work with program data and translate it into reporting and recommendationsExperience coordinating across multiple geographies or regional teams with competing priorities

Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with business messaging or conversational commerce productsExperience in enterprise B2B or platform go-to-market environmentsExperience with AI/ML product adoption in enterprise contextsExperience building operational tooling or automation to improve program efficiency
