Location: US- WA- Bellevue/ Hybrid (3 days in office)

Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a Technical Program Manager II, where you will play a pivotal role in managing program execution within defined constraints and contribute to strategic planning. You will engage with executive-level management and facilitate complex issue resolution while demonstrating exceptional communication and team-building skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Demonstrated proficiency in project estimation, scheduling, and tracking
- Expertise in customer interaction and management within large-scale organizations
- Proven competencies in people management and team development
- Expert Project and Program Management: Demonstrates strong capabilities in project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and developing comprehensive implementation plans for large-scale organizational initiatives.
- Effective Team Leadership: Proven success in leading and developing teams, including the management of matrixed employees and external contractors.
- Risk and Issue Resolution: Highly skilled in risk assessment, issue resolution, and applying established management principles to both technology and business functions.
- Commitment to Excellence: Consistently delivers flawless execution across all areas of responsibility.
- Strong aptitude for assessing risk and applying management principles to technology applications/products
- Substantial experience in delivering technology and business application solutions within a multi-platform systems environment
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Capacity for flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Software Development Lifecycle Experience: Familiarity with SDLC and delivering tech/business solutions in multi-platform environments.
- Executive Communication: Ability to interact with executive management and communicate across multiple organizational levels.
- PMP or PMI certification.
- Adaptability: Flexible in judgment and able to manage competing priorities in a changing environment.
- Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes and collaborate effectively with partners at various levels
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee a group of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors
- Provide comprehensive oversight of project scope definition, requirements gathering, and project schedule development
- Monitor and maintain progress reports across all projects and ensure timely follow-up with stakeholders
- Proactively escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or leadership
- Develop and manage detailed launch plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams
