We're looking for a motivated and curious Technical Sales Intern who wants to learn how technical knowledge and customer relationships come together to drive business success. You'll gain hands-on experience in technical sales, customer service, and product applications with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Technical Sales Associate role after graduation.
What You'll Learn and Do
- Get hands-on exposure to our products, customers, and operations
- Shadow experienced sales team members on customer visits and plant tours
- Learn how to prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing for customers
- Assist in customer outreach, order tracking, and account research
- Support marketing and business development projects
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to solve customer challenges
- Build skills in CRM, sales forecasting, and account management
- Participate in professional development sessions with company leaders
Who You Are
- Pursuing a degree in Industrial Distribution, Mechanical Engineering, or strong familiarity or interest with mechanical systems and components.
- Interested in how mechanical systems and customer relationships intersect
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving and teamwork
- Organized and dependable, with attention to detail
