Job Description

We are recruiting a full-time Technical Sales Representative to drive sales of engineered products and services in the Louisiana region. The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and supporting large projects in corrosive process industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue and follow up on leads from trade shows, conferences, networking, and digital sources.
  • Conduct sales presentations, face-to-face meetings, and online communications.
  • Build a pipeline to achieve sales targets and close deals.
  • Recommend solutions and collaborate with engineering, project management, and estimating teams.
  • Record opportunities, proposals, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Monitor regional market trends and competitive activity.
  • Provide insights to support marketing and product development.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in technical sales or business development
  • Experience in chemical processing, engineered product sales, and problem-solving for client challenges.
  • Corrosion protection or engineered products preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Competitive, metric-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.
