- * Develop relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities with prospective clients.
- * Create and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
- * Provide technical expertise to support sales teams with pricing, estimates, and implementation recommendations.
- * Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications to recommend appropriate solutions and implementation strategies.
- * Address technical questions and concerns throughout the sales process to build customer confidence.
- * Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to provide customer feedback and product enhancement recommendations.
- * Support product deployment and implementation activities as needed.
- * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- * 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, systems engineering, solutions consulting, or customer-facing technical support.
- * Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- * Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation to develop accurate estimates and recommendations.
- * Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- * Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
- * Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
