Job Description

- Provide first-line technical support for electrical, mechanical, and PLC/software issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems remotely and occasionally onsite
- Support field service engineers and customers with diagnostics and solutions
- Assist with spare parts identification, quotes, and order support
- Manage warranty and claim cases, ensuring clear communication and resolution
- Maintain and update technical documentation, manuals, and training materials
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Deliver technical training on equipment and systems
- Collaborate with global teams to share feedback and improve service solutions
- Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience
- At least 2 years of technical support experience with electro-mechanical systems
- Experience with PLCs (Siemens and/or Allen Bradley preferred)
- Ability to read wiring schematics and troubleshoot industrial systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%
- Ability to work occasional overtime
