Nova-Tech houses every aspect of its business on the MinnWest Technology Campus, including a manufacturing facility located just steps away from our engineering and drafting teams. Walking from building to building, you can observe our whole process, from concept to final product.The opportunity:We are offering a summer internship opportunity within our Technical Writing & Engineering Department. We will consider students that are currently enrolled in a two-year or four-year degree in Communications, Journalism, Technical Writing or other related programs. This position will accommodate a flexible schedule.Advance your skills with our team by learning how to:

Aid in the presenting of complex technical information in a clear and concise manner

Assist with the interviewing of and collaboration with Subject Matter Experts to develop essential content

Organize material and complete assignments according to company standards and templates

Assist in the creation and selection of photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams and charts to illustrate material

Follow established procedures for document updates (Engineering Change Orders, process updates, and best practices)

Assist in the editing and standardization of materials prepared by others in the company

Assist in document storage and organization projects
