You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Customer Success teams to produce documentation that is clear, accurate, and useful for customers. We value curiosity, experimentation, and a willingness to explore new tools that improve documentation workflows. This role is ideal for someone early in their documentation career who is curious about how AI, structured content, and modern documentation practices can improve the quality and scalability of documentation.

What You’ll Do

  • Use Generative AI tools to help draft, summarize, and improve documentation while ensuring accuracy and clarity.

AI & Modern Documentation Skills

  • Experience using Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.) for drafting, editing, summarizing, or improving written content.
