- Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting machines to keep production running smoothly*
- Performing machine adjustments and changes*
- Making changes and recording production details accurately*
- Monitoring equipment for safety and ensuring adherence to all safety policies*
- Keeping work areas organized and equipment in excellent condition
- High School Diploma or GED preferred*
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial machinery*
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment effectively*
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality*
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance*
- Physical ability to lift 50-75 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, and perform mechanical repairs in various positions
