We are seeking a Junior Technician in Severn, MD.

Role & Responsibilities

Performs a variety of electronic assembly duties, to include MYDATA and Panasonic NPM-WX Pick and place machines, and associated machine tooling (feeders).
Able to use engineering drawings and comprehend written or verbal instructions.
To apply constant evaluation of equipment to improve efficiency.

Standard Job Description

Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems. Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions. Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format. Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions. Exclude technicians working in production or quality assurance.

Basic Qualifications

Knowledge and execution of AS9100.
Ability to hand place SMT components prior to reflow.
Able to proficiently read and understand component and assembly documentation.
Self -Motivated and works to achieve high cohesion within the team.
Knowledge of electrical circuits
Us Citizen. Ability to obtain & maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills

Ability to proficiently read and understand assembly documentation.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Able to use most modern CAM/CAD software.
Able to exercise good judgement and problem solving skills.
Active Secret Clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $41000.00 - $76100.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
