What You'll Be Doing
You'll be part of the crew that responds first when disaster strikes. That means:
- Water extraction, drying, demolition, fire cleanup, and mold remediation
- Securing properties (board-ups, temporary protection)
- Using professional equipment-not guesswork
- Working directly in homes and businesses with respect and urgency
- Leaving job sites cleaner, safer, and better than you found them
This work is physical. It's fast-paced. And it makes a difference.

What We're Looking For
We don't need fancy résumés. We need solid people.
- Shows up on time and does what they say they'll do
- Can lift 75 lbs and handle physical work
- Comfortable working some nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Coachable, accountable, and willing to learn
- Takes pride in quality work-because it has your name on it
