Technician

Job Title: Mechanical Technician (2nd Shift) Job ID: 26-00572 Location: Fargo, ND 58102 Duration:24 Months On W2 Contract Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position Onsite Position, candidates must be willing to relocate to be onsite from day one. REQUIRED EDUCATION: A.S. in Electronics or a two-year technical diploma, equivalent military certification or equivalent experience REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Required: Minimum one year of related experience
• Preferred: Three or more years of related experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
2. Working knowledge of personal computers, spreadsheets, and word processing.
3. Understanding of trouble shooting methodologies to identify root cause.
4. Ability to read and comprehend engineering documents, e.g., schematics or diagrams.
5. Ability to maintain necessary product records and documentation.
6. Ability to work independently.

WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT:

1. Strong mechanical aptitude
2. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and electronic components
3. Knowledge of test equipment, e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
4. Experience in one or more of the following areas:
   1. Electronics
   2. Electrician/Electrical contracting
   3. On-road/off-road Automotive repair
   4. Communication/Networking hardware
   5. Robotics, automation, or mechatronics
   6. Farming

Job Purpose: " Test electronic products to qualify for production readiness. Job Duties:

1. Conduct manual test of electronic assemblies and document results..
2. Set up lab equipment per engineering instruction.
3. Perform maintenance on equipment and products.

Hours 2pm-10pm (will require ability to train on first shift for as long as needed) Metatarsals are required
