Job Description
Job Title: 2nd Shift Technician (Medical Device Production)Location: Manchester, NHShift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 1:00pm – 9:00pm | Full-Time | On-SitePay: $21 – $23/hr
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Technician to support medical device production and testing. This is a hands-on role working with automated equipment, software testing, and light mechanical work. The position is ideal for someone with basic computer skills who wants to grow in a technical environment. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Production & Equipment OperationOperate production equipment to run batches of saline IV bagsExecute production runs on both stable and test software environmentsMonitor equipment performance and document any issues or failures
Testing & DocumentationTrack and record production data and bag informationSubmit basic bug reports to the software development team based on observed issuesMaintain accurate documentation throughout all production and testing activities
Mechanical & Technical SupportDismantle and reassemble raw material cartridges (RMCs) using hand toolsInterface with production units using on-screen controls and Linux terminalSupport troubleshooting and basic equipment maintenance
Team CommunicationCommunicate clearly with team members, engineers, and cross-functional teamsFollow procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
RequirementsGeneral familiarity with computers and basic troubleshootingStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable with hands-on work and use of hand toolsExperience with software applications or Linux is a plusAbility to work 2nd shift (1:00pm – 9:00pm)
