  • Stay organized. Maintain project documentation, file structures, and version control so technical information stays accurate and accessible.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience leading or managing teams.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management.

  • Ability to organize workloads, manage priorities, and maintain consistent engineering performance.

What Will Help You Thrive

You're someone people count on. You enjoy helping others succeed, know how to solve problems, and take pride in doing quality work.

You're comfortable leading a team, communicating with people in the field and office, and keeping projects on track.

Most importantly, you enjoy sharing your experience and helping your team do its best work.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.

Travel

  • Ability to travel as needed for project fieldwork and meetings, business development and client meetings, company presentations, and professional training.
