Job Description

JSG is seeking a dedicated Technician/Tank. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, perform critical tank sterilization, and support high-quality manufacturing operations. This is a contract role Pay $20/hourRetention Bonus Up to $1,000 Total

$500 at 2 weeks*
$500 at 90 days

Required Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; BS in Biology or related science strongly preferred*
1-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience*
Strong analytical, scientific, and mechanical troubleshooting skills*
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities*
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook*
Comprehensive understanding of aseptic processes, GMP, SOPs, and good documentation practices*
Basic mechanical aptitude and experience operating hand tools*
Familiarity with SCADA trending systems and data interpretation

Nice to Have Skills:

Knowledge of USDA regulations and quality improvement tools*
Experience working with high and low-pressure water systems, steam sterilization, or pressurized tanks

Preferred Education and Experience:

BS in Biology or related scientific field*
1-3 years of manufacturing or laboratory experience*
Experience with aseptic techniques and regulatory compliance

Other Requirements:

Ability to work in wet environments while adhering to safety protocols*
Comfortable working with PPE in potentially hazardous conditions involving live steam, chemicals, and pressurized tanks*
Independence and self-direction to operate efficiently with limited supervision*
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
