Job Description
Location: CHARLOTTE, NC
Salary Range: $50-$55 on W2
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- 5-7 years of Java Engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot/Microservices.
- Experience with Kafka and Core Java back end.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Industry working exp of React.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Mongo DB.
- Cloud experience, especially with Kubernetes and Openshift.
- Ability to read and understand legacy Java code.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Consult and participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges.
- Contribute to the resolution of issues and collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
- Work on microservices back end with Mongo DB and perform filters in Kafka.
- Support the migration from Java Server Faces to React, focusing on the back end.
- Participate in a Kanban team doing quarterly releases.
