Introduction

This position involves driving oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. The role requires consulting with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies, and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality, and remediation. This position is specific to contingent resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2.
• 7 years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Deep knowledge of data risk and controls within the enterprise finance domain.
• Strong metadata experience.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with general ledger and regulatory reporting systems.
• Expertise in data source governance, including metadata, lineage, and data quality.
• Experience in leading complex analyses to identify and remediate data quality, integrity, process, and control gaps.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management.
• Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas.
• Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions.
• Strategically engage with personnel to design and execute remediation solutions and inform long-term data strategy.
