Job Description
Network Project Manager Location: Irving, TX/Charlotte, NC/ Chandler, AZ Details:
Must-Have Skills:
1. Vendor Management (Top Priority)
- Managing relationships with hardware vendors (Cisco preferred)
- Order management and procurement coordination
- Handling vendor escalations, delivery timelines, and supply chain issues
- Tracking vendor performance and KPIs
2. Inventory Management
- Managing large-scale hardware inventory
- Asset lifecycle and stock management
- Preventing unnecessary purchases through inventory optimization
- Hardware tracking, allocation, and refresh planning
3. Forecasting & Capacity Planning
- Forecasting hardware demand based on historical usage trends
- Capacity planning and future inventory needs
- Lead-time planning to ensure hardware availability
Financial Acumen
Candidate should understand:
- Budget planning
- Capital Expense (CapEx)
- Operational Expense (OpEx)
- Asset depreciation
- P&L basics
