Job Description

Title: Software Engineer

Rate: $55-$60/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:Enable GenAI capabilities for the enterprise Development community.Identify GenAI tools, evaluate, productionize the tool.Explore and integrate AI technologies (Agents, MCP Servers)Build and support internal tools and applicationsImplement modern engineering practices including automated testing and release strategies.

Requirements:1+ years of hands on Experience with GenAI Development Tools like GitHub CoPilot/Coding Agent, Claude, Gemini Code Assist, Devin.1+ years of experience with AI Agent and MCP Server development is a plus8+ years of software development and architecture experienceStrong Python skill is required.Strong Java experience is a plusTypeScript is a plus.
