Job Description

Job Title: Technology and Data - Technology Business Services Consultant 3 - Contingent

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $53.60 - $59.70

Introduction

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Services Consulting. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables, review and analyze challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues. You will collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Services Consulting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
Strong experience in workforce management, analytics, or business execution.
Advanced Client Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas).
Expert-level PowerPoint skills with executive storytelling capability.
Advanced Power Automate experience building end-to-end workflows.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience supporting or coordinating Move to Leader (MTL) or workforce transition activities.
Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, registry/capacity tools, financial systems, and Power BI.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Independently execute assigned portfolio management activities including intake, prioritization workflows, and governance routines.
Own forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis for assigned portfolios or programs.
Prepare recurring portfolio reports, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries.
Coordinate end-to-end MTL activities across Internal, Tech-for-Tech, and External-to-Tech moves.
Engage cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Finance, HR, TPCE, BCM, and Business Services.
