Job Description
Software Engineer 4 Locations: DES MOINES/ MINNEAPOLIS /IRVING Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in, 2 days remote Top Skills: 1. Observability Platforms 2. CI/CD Toolset 3. Automation 4. Agentic AI 5. UnixRequired Skills:- Experience leading large-scale production support using ITIL practices; supporting AI/ML and LLM-based systems; managing reliability, observability, incident response, and operational risk; expertise across on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud environments- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, UDeploy, Terraform)- Automation (Ansible)- Observability platforms (AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, BigPanda, Application Insights)- Resilient system design- Support for large-scale Java/.NET applications and Oracle/MSSQL databases.- Agentic AI experience- Experience with L2 level troubleshooting (Unix commands)
