Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Python
- Experience with modern ML frameworks, LLMs, and agentic AI architectures
- Proficiency in building and optimizing RAG pipelines
- Strong skills in prompt engineering and autonomous agent workflows
- Prior work experience in the client's industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in ensuring Responsible AI (RAI) compliance
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in MLOps integration
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems
- Optimize RAG pipelines for enhanced contextual accuracy
- Create, test, and refine prompts to improve LLM output quality
- Implement autonomous agent workflows for multi-step reasoning
- Ensure Responsible AI compliance with safety guardrails and fairness checks
- Lead end-to-end deployment and optimization of AI solutions
