Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dataiku Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our Dataiku environment. The role is responsible for platformadministration, user support, performance optimization, and ensuring the reliable, secure operation of the Dataiku platform across the organization. The ideal candidate combinestechnical administration skills with a service-oriented approach to supporting data analysts, data scientists, and business users.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration

• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Dataiku across development, test, and production environments.
• Manage node topology (design, automation, and API nodes) and ensure high availability.
• Administer connections to data sources (databases, cloud storage, Hadoop/Spark, Snowflake, etc.).
• Configure and manage compute resources, including Spark, Kubernetes, and elastic AI/containerized execution.
• Monitor platform health, capacity, resource utilization, and system logs; perform tuning as needed.

User & Access Management

• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions following least-privilege principles.
• Integrate and maintain authentication/authorization (LDAP, Active Directory, SSO/SAML).
• Define and enforce governance policies, project permissions, and data access controls.

Support Functions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Dataiku-related support requests and incidents.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues related to projects, recipes, scenarios, connections, and code environments.
• Manage support tickets within SLAs; escalate to Dataiku vendor support when required.
• Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, FAQs, and onboarding guides.
• Deliver user training and promote platform best practices and adoption.

Operations & Maintenance

• Manage code environments (Python/R), plugins, and library dependencies.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Automate administrative tasks and monitoring using the Dataiku API and scripting.
• Coordinate deployments and project bundle migrations across environments (CI/CD).
• Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and audit requirements
