Job Description:-We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable,high-performance backend services and distributed systems.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based microservices architecture, real-time data processing, distributed databases, containerization technologies, and cloud-native application development.The candidate will play a critical role in building resilient backend platforms capable of processing large-scale data streams while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.Key Responsibilities" Design and develop scalable backend applications using Advanced Java." Build and optimize microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs." Develop and maintain real-time data streaming and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink." Design efficient data storage and retrieval mechanisms using Cassandra, Redis, and SQL databases." Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads on Kubernetes." Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Architects, DevOps, and QA engineers." Implement performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and observability practices." Ensure application reliability, scalability, and security following engineering best practices." Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions."
