Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves)

8+ years of software engineering, with at least 2 years in applied LLM or multi-agent systems in production.Hands-on experience building multi-agent orchestration systems (LangChain, LangGraph, custom frameworks, or equivalent)Deep understanding of RAG pipelines embedding models, vector stores, graph-based retrieval, and grounding strategiesExperience integrating AI systems with enterprise backends (ticketing systems, ITSM tools, CRM, or similar)Strong Python skills; comfort reasoning about async, event-driven agent workflows.Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery across cross-functional teams
