Please let me know the best time to reach you, or you may call me directly at 9735077508, However if you are not interested at this time, feel free to refer this position to someone you may know to be a fit.Below are the position details for your reference: Scrum LeaderLocation: New York, Pittsburgh, or Lake Mary (4 days onsite)Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility to extend and/or convert to FTE)Job Description: Looking for a senior Scrum Leader with deep experience delivering Agile programs in federal government environments, capable of integrating security engineering and compliance requirements (NIST & FedRAMP) into sprint execution, managing cross team dependencies, and maintaining delivery momentum under formal governance, audit, and regulatory constraints. Must Haves 5+ years of experience Onsite 4+ days per week… preference is 1) Washington, DC, 2) Pittsburgh, 3) Lake Mary, then 4) New York Will consider candidates who will relocate to client site for day 1 start Previous federal government experience is a plus Previous financial services experience is a plus Candidate must have a sense of urgency Will work with internal stakeholders Will work in an agile environment Project management skills Previous experience in a FedRAMP High or a security environment is highly preferred Candidate must have the experience and ability to be a “doer” when needed Jira, Excel, PowerPoint Any security certifications are a highly preferred Any scrum certifications are a big plus No clearance requirements for this role Looking for the ability to convert the worker to FTE if possible 1-2 rounds of interviews via MS Teams Personal securities trading policy: The firm maintains a personal securities trading policy designed to ensure that employees’ personal investment activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and do not create actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
