Job Description
Title: Operations Architect Location: Mt Laurel, NJ Onsite Duration: 6 Months of ContractMust have skills: Operation Architect SRENice-to-have skills: Ansible Middleware GitResponsibilities: Define network/security blueprints, and hybrid operational architecture standards. Lead infrastructure architecture reviews, capacity planning, network/firewall design reviews, and middleware deep dives. Establish observability frameworks for metrics, logs, traces, and govern SLO/SLI/error budgets, AIOps, and alert noise reduction. Drive SRE practices, including Jenkins enablement, service reliability reviews, and operational maturity improvements. Own DR/BCP planning, chaos testing, multi-region resilience, wargames, incident command, and post-incident reviews. Define standards for Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, automation guardrails, and ITIL/CMMI-aligned change and release governance. Support operational management of hardening exceptions, TSF, SFTP/EProxy troubleshooting, CCP rationalization/sizing/consolidation, physical quotation processes, and EOSL planning.
