Who We Are

At Freestone, we believe in making a meaningful difference by focusing on what truly matters to our clients. With a 26-year history of consistent growth and success, we are an independent wealth and asset management firm with over $14billion in assets under management. Headquartered in Washington, with a team of over 120 professionals, we are dedicated to delivering a highly personalized experience that combines intelligent, thoughtful advice with unique investment strategies and comprehensive financial planning.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technology & Workplace Specialist to join our team in Seattle. In this hybrid role, you will be the go-to person for keeping our physical workspace running smoothly while supporting day-to-day technology needs across the firm. You will work closely with our Technology and Operations teams to deliver a seamless experience for employees and vendors alike.

If you're a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in a well-organized, well-functioning office, we want to hear from you.

This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days/week) based in Seattle, with occasional travel required to support our other office locations in San Francisco (CA), Santa Barbara (CA), and Campbell (CA) as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workplace Management
    • Coordinate office buildouts, reconfigurations, and furniture moves to support a growing team.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for building-related needs, including HVAC, lighting, and plumbing issues, coordinating with vendors and building management for timely resolution.
    • Maintain conference rooms and common areas, ensuring they are always functional, and properly equipped.
    • Coordinate badge access provisioning and deactivation in close partnership with HR and IT.
  • IT Support & Coordination
    • Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting support for common issues including connectivity, peripheral setup, and printer errors, escalating to IT as appropriate.
    • Set up and break down workstations for new and exiting employees.
    • Assist in managing hardware inventory and handle packaging and shipping of hardware as needed.
    • Assist with conference room audio visual (AV) troubleshooting and physical equipment maintenance.
    • Support racking and unracking of equipment under IT direction.
    • Schedule and manage structured cabling vendors for new installs, moves, and additions.
    • Manage and maintain technology vendor relationships, such as printer leases, audio visual (AV), and other technology vendors.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 1-2+ years of prior experience in a facilities, office operations, or technology support role required.
  • Comfortable working hands-on in a physical environment — moving furniture, setting up equipment, coordinating vendors.
  • Basic technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common hardware and connectivity issues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and vendors simultaneously.
  • Approachable, personable team player who treats others in a humble and kind manner.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Self-starter with close attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Why Join Us?

  • The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and skill set. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage, 401(k) matching, life and disability insurance, parental leave, and flex spending.
  • Generous paid time off—17 days of vacation, plus 10 paid holidays, Summer Fridays.
  • Meal perks, company events, team celebrations, and more.
  • A collaborative, fun, and supportive culture where you’re encouraged to innovate and grow.

Our Core Values

  • Commitment: You bring passion, integrity, and energy to everything you do.
  • Collaboration: Working together makes us stronger, smarter, and more innovative.
  • Continuous Improvement: We’re all about growth—both for our clients and ourselves.
