Position Overview:
Dutch Bros isn't just about coffee; it's about building a legendary brand with an amazing customer experience. We are growing as a company, and our Technology department is scaling with it. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Technology Business Systems Analyst - Finance to help us run the "business of Technology." This role blends financial acumen with technical execution, focusing on building reporting, automations, integrations, and AI-enabled solutions that improve how Technology plans, tracks, and delivers value.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with high attention to detail who can partner across Finance, Technology, and business teams to translate financial and operational needs into scalable systems and solutions.
Job Qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in Technology finance, technology business management, or a similar operations/analytics role.
Proven experience with financial planning, forecasting, and budget variance analysis (OpEx/CapEx).
Strong analytical skills with experience in developing and maintaining performance dashboards and KPIs.
Experience with project or portfolio administration and resource planning.
Familiarity with vendor management is a plus.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
Location Requirement:
This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.

Financial Systems Engineering & Automation
System & Process Ownership: Build, enhance, and maintain financial systems, reporting pipelines, and workflows that support Technology financial operations
Automation Development: Design and implement automations that streamline budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking processes
Data Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between financial systems, operational platforms, and reporting tools
AI-Enhanced Finance: Apply AI tools to improve forecasting accuracy, variance analysis, and financial insights generation
Operational Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and deliver scalable technical solutions to eliminate manual work
Data, Reporting & Decision Support
Financial Data Modeling: Build and maintain data models that support accurate and scalable financial reporting
Dashboard Development: Develop dashboards that provide visibility into Technology spend, performance, and value delivery
Data Accuracy & Governance: Ensure integrity, consistency, and timeliness of financial and operational data
Insight Generation: Move beyond reporting to deliver actionable insights that influence decision-making
Forecasting Enhancements: Support predictive modeling and scenario analysis using advanced analytics and AI tools
Product & Solution Delivery
Requirement to Solution Translation: Translate financial and operational requirements into technical solutions, including automations, reports, and integrations
End-to-End Delivery: Support full lifecycle delivery from design through implementation and iteration
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Technology, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions
Testing & Validation: Execute testing and validation processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial systems
Continuous Improvement: Iterate on solutions to improve usability, scalability, and business impact
Portfolio & Resource Systems Enablement
Portfolio Tooling: Build and maintain systems that support portfolio tracking, resource planning, and capacity management
Headcount & Resource Analytics: Develop tools and reporting to track workforce allocation and planning
Process Automation: Automate portfolio and resource management workflows to improve visibility and reduce manual effort
Data-Driven Planning: Enable better planning decisions through improved data access, reporting, and forecasting tools

Physical Requirements:
In-Office Environment:Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
Office Conditions:Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
Hearing Requirements:Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
Reading and Writing Proficiency:Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
Vision Requirements:Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.
Technology Proficiency:Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
Effective Communication:Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.
