We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York, Chicago, or Boston. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a technology delivery lead for M&A, you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the implementation, execution, control, and completion of key technology integration initiatives for Oliver Wyman mergers and acquisitions.

We will count on you to:

• Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and initiative updates to stakeholders and the Senior M&A Manager.

• Collaborate with Tech teams to evaluate and recommend technology solutions that support M&A objectives and enhance integration processes.

• Monitor progress, provide regular updates, and coordinate activities across departments involved in M&A.

• Develop effective plans with defined objectives, deliverables, and communication plans tailored to M&A activities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to support successful delivery of key M&A initiatives.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in product and/or initiative management, with a strong focus on business analysis in M&A contexts.

• In-depth knowledge of tech initiative management methodologies and frameworks, along with information management practices and tech solution delivery processes, particularly in M&A.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, especially in M&A scenarios.

All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $80,100 to $160,200.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
