1. The CCS 2.0 Business Readiness Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of business and operational readiness activities required to support the successful rollout of the CCS 2.0 platform. 2. The Business Readiness Lead serves as a liaison between Product, Operations, Client Migration, Client Services, Implementation, and Technology teams to ensure business continuity and operational readiness throughout the CCS 2.0 transformation program.
2. Develop and maintain

1. Experience in healthcare payer operations. Experience leading operational readiness for cloud orplatform modernization initiatives.
2. Familiarity with client onboarding, migration, implementation, or operational transformation

programs.

Detailed Job Description:Position Summary The CCS 2.0 Business Readiness Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of business and operational readiness activities required to support the successful rollout of the CCS 2.0 platform. This role will ensure that internal teams, business processes, client facing functions, operational procedures, training materials, support models, and change management activities are fully prepared before each migration wave and production deployment.

1. Develop and maintain the CCS 2.0 business readiness strategy and roadmap. Define readinesscriteria for each migration wave and major milestone. Establish readiness checkpoints and governance reviews.
2. Coordinate readiness activities across Operations, Product, Client Services, Account Management, and Technology teams. Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management Develop stakeholder engagement plans. Coordinate communications with operational leaders and affected business teams.
