Job Description

Technology Management Level 3 - Somerset, NJ - Contract - $53-63 Per HR

Description

This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of infrastructure projects within data centers in the NY/NJ area. With a hybrid work model, the position requires expertise in overseeing mechanical, electrical, and technology infrastructure projects. The role is critical for ensuring projects meet performance, compliance, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mechanical, electrical, and critical infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
Execute procurement activities including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC, power systems, and safety components.
Ensure project adherence to regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
5-10 years of experience managing MEP or mission-critical projects in data centers.
Strong knowledge of facility systems including HVAC, power systems, and commissioning.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale project budgets.
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain high standards in dynamic environments.
