Technology Management Level 3 - New York, NY - Contract - $53-63 Per HR

Morgan Stanley is seeking a dedicated individual for a communications lead role in a dynamic, hybrid work environment based in New York, NY. This contract position requires managing communication strategies, developing content, and coordinating with various stakeholders using advanced technology tools.

Description

Lead planning and execution of a comprehensive communications portfolio.
Maintain a forward-looking editorial calendar and manage multiple workstreams.
Develop and edit high-quality content for diverse communication formats.
Drive communication execution for major awareness initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align messaging and manage priorities.
Support employee engagement through event communications.
Implement AI and automation tools to enhance communication workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Translate divisional priorities into strategic communication plans.
Manage the content lifecycle including drafting, editing, and distribution.
Oversee execution of communication campaigns, ensuring quality control.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
Leverage metrics to refine communication strategies.

Qualifications

Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.
Strong command of brand and editorial standards.
Experience managing communications in a fast-paced, global environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Experience in internal, executive, or change communications in large organizations.
