By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation - Banking & Capital Markets practice you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end technology implementations, from requirements gathering and planning through delivery, deployment, and post-production support, within a mid- to large-sized Investment Bank or Financial Services environment.
- Own delivery across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including coordination of complex system-to-system integrations.
- Create, execute, and manage test cases, and oversee all phases of testing including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Partner with business and technology teams to plan and execute UAT, including defect triage, remediation tracking, and formal sign-off.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional development teams, including Full Stack, Frontend, and Backend engineers, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, or hybrid models) based on project and organizational needs.
- Conduct process analysis, develop detailed documentation, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Produce and maintain project artifacts including requirements documentation, process flows, test plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance materials.
- Utilize technology and project management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, GitLab, and Confluence to manage delivery, testing, documentation, and issue tracking.
- Lead stakeholder management, including executive-level communication, participation in governance forums, and clear, concise status reporting.
- Manage pre-production and production issues, including root cause analysis, escalation, coordination of resolution, and stakeholder communication in high-pressure environments.
- Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in Big Four or equivalent background working at a financial services company or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services organization
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end technology initiatives within an Investment Bank or Financial Services organization.
- Hands-on experience with test management, including test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and UAT coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage technical development teams across multiple disciplines (Full Stack, Frontend, Backend).
- Strong understanding of technology delivery methodologies and the ability to adapt them to real-world delivery constraints.
- Experience with process analysis, documentation, and improvement, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Solid background in system integration projects, coordinating dependencies across platforms and teams.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Zephyr, GitLab, and Confluence or comparable delivery and collaboration tools.
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills, including experience working with senior and executive-level audiences.
- Proven capability in issue management, including escalation, prioritization, and resolution across both pre-production and production environments.
- Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation.
- Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Information Technology, or other technical discipline

For applicants located in New York, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $107,000 - $236,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
