Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technology Release Delivery Lead to support a major Data Platforms Modernization initiative. This role combines Scrum Master, Project/Program Management, and Technical Delivery Leadership responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading complex technology programs involving enterprise data platforms, cloud migrations, data modernization, and application migration, while effectively managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale data platform modernization and technology delivery initiatives.
- Drive application migrations, cloud adoption, data center exits, and platform decommissioning.
- Manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, financials, and deliverables.
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and program governance.
- Partner with CIOs, engineering leaders, product managers, risk, compliance, finance, and audit teams.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, metrics, and presentations.
- Drive issue resolution, prioritization, and mitigation of program risks.
- Coordinate multiple technology teams and manage competing priorities.
- Support migration from legacy platforms to modern, cloud-based architectures.
- Utilize data pipelines, APIs, automation, and analytics capabilities to support modernization.
- Leverage AI/GenAI tools to improve program reporting, documentation, analysis, and SDLC execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant technology/program delivery experience.
- 5+ years of Scrum/Agile experience or equivalent.
- Strong experience with data platforms and cloud migrations.
- Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale technology programs.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex analysis, queries, pivot tables, and executive reporting.
- Strong Jira experience, including Agile reporting, dashboards, and automations.
- Expert-level experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and execution skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; technology or computer science background preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with enterprise data transformation and platform modernization.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, modern data pipelines, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience using AI for program reporting, documentation, SDLC, project management, or productivity.
Important: This position is fully onsite in Irving, TX, 5 days per week. Candidates must be able to work onsite at the specified location.
