Job Description

This St. Charles-based IT solutions provider is seeking a solution-minded support consultant to work directly with clients, solve real problems, collaborate with a strong technical team, and make a visible impact every day. Responsibilities

Provide technical customer service to customers
Triage and respond to requests via phone, email, and in person
Follow established procedures to troubleshoot technical issues and complete maintenance requests
Troubleshoot advanced technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them
Communicate clearly with customers to ensure issues are resolved and fully understood
Provide customer training and guidance to help them better leverage technology
