Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Specialist Enterprise Architecture to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of large-scale enterprise applications and modern technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across .NET, Angular, React, Microsoft Azure, APIs, Microservices, DevOps, and modern integration patterns.
The successful candidate will also have experience leveraging Generative AI and AI-assisted engineering tools, including GitHub Copilot, Claude, and agentic AI capabilities, to accelerate solution design, improve engineering productivity, automate development processes, and drive technology innovation.
This role requires a strong technical leader who can define enterprise architecture, establish technical standards, govern solution design, and collaborate effectively with architects, developers, DevOps engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise-scale applications using:
    • .NET
    • Angular
    • React
    • Microsoft Azure
    • REST APIs
    • Microservices
    • Modern integration patterns
  • Define and govern application, integration, security, data, and infrastructure architectures.
  • Develop scalable, secure, highly available, and resilient enterprise application architectures.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive solution architectures and technical designs.
  • Establish architecture standards, design patterns, technology roadmaps, and governance practices.
  • Lead architecture reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise technology standards and security requirements.
  • Design and recommend AI-enabled architectures leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Generative AI, and agentic AI technologies.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development to improve engineering productivity and accelerate application delivery.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve scalability, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of architects, software engineers, DevOps engineers, security professionals, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Support cloud modernization and migration initiatives using Microsoft Azure.
  • Ensure effective integration between enterprise applications, APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Identify technical risks, architecture gaps, and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or related technology roles.
  • Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • .NET / .NET Core
    • Angular
    • React
    • Microsoft Azure
    • RESTful APIs
    • Microservices architecture
    • Enterprise integration patterns
  • Strong understanding of application, integration, security, data, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Experience designing cloud-native and distributed applications on Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of API-driven architectures, microservices, event-driven architecture, and modern integration approaches.
  • Experience working with AI-powered development and architecture tools, including:
    • GitHub Copilot
    • Claude
    • Generative AI solutions
    • Agentic AI capabilities
  • Proven ability to lead technical architecture initiatives and influence architecture decisions across multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of application security, scalability, performance, reliability, and high availability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
  • Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert are a plus.
  • Experience with DevOps and Platform Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD platforms.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Experience designing secure API gateways and enterprise integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architectures, and AI agents is a plus.
  • Experience implementing AI-assisted development and engineering productivity initiatives.
