Job Details:Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only) *

1. Strong hands-on experience in HEDIS and Healthcare Quality processes(mush have).
2. Experience with HL7FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards(CCD, ADT, SIU)
3. Proficiency in SQL and Databricks for data analysis and validation
4. Strong experience in requirement gathering, data mapping, and documentation.
5. Ability to analyze large datasets and provide data driven insights.
6. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)

1. . Knowledge of healthcare terminologies(ICD10, CPT, LOINC)
2. Experience in Agile environments using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps
3. Exposure to managed care functions(Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, Care Management, etc)
4. . Experience in mentoring junior team members
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills across all organization levels.

2. Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL, Databricks, and related tools for data validation, troubleshooting, and solution support Dive documentation including business technical requirements, source to target mappings, data specifications, and process flows.
