Primary Skills: Test strategy development (advanced), Defect management (advanced), Stakeholder coordination (advanced), Test environment setup (intermediate), System integration testing (advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12+ Months Location: Wilmington, DE (#LI-Remote) Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour on W2#LPJob Summary:This role is critical for overseeing all testing activities during a complex wealth management platform migration. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive test strategy, coordinating various testing phases, and ensuring effective communication among all involved teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational acumen and a proven track record in managing large-scale system conversions within the financial services sector.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the test strategy and plan.
- Coordinate test account setup, data, and defect management.
- Facilitate communication and resolve bottlenecks between teams.
- Track and report on testing progress and defect status.
- Ensure adherence to testing standards and compliance.
- Extensive experience in test coordination or QA leadership.
- Proven experience managing large-scale platform conversion projects.
- Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools.
- Experience in wealth management or with wealth custody systems is highly preferred.
