About the Role
DuPont is seeking a motivated, self‑driven Account Manager to support the Tedlar sales organization across the Americas. This is an individual contributor role focused on growing existing business, winning new customers, and strengthening strategic partnerships across Industrial and Manufacturing markets.

Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid- 4 days in office)
Travel: Up to 40%
Reporting to: Global VP, Sales & Marketing
What You'll Do
Grow adoption of the Tedlar portfolio with new and existing customers
Manage and expand business across a diverse customer base
Build and maintain a strong pipeline to drive short‑ and long‑term growth
Partner with Application Development and Sales Operations to deliver competitive solutions
Develop key relationships across complex value chains and customer organizations
Identify new business opportunities through trade shows and industry events
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
Translate market insights into clear account strategies and action plans
Own customer relationships-from technical teams to executive leadership
Provide accurate sales forecasts and order bookings
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms
Support customer satisfaction through clear, timely communication and feedback
What You'll Bring
5+ years of sales experience
Independent, results‑driven approach
Strong ability to build and sustain customer relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in Chemicals, Manufacturing, or Protective Films (preferred)
Bachelor's degree and fluency in English
Willingness to travel up to 40%
Preferred location: Wilmington, DE
Hybrid schedule: 4 days per week onsite
