Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Location: Virginia Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
This role focuses on delivering consistent mental health care through a secure telehealth platform. You will provide structured therapy sessions, help clients navigate emotional and behavioral challenges, and support measurable progress over time. Your work directly impacts access to care for individuals who rely on remote services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams
Requirements
- Active Virginia license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
