Urgently hiring Temp Assemblers in Sanford!Pay: $19/hourSchedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (Full-Time)Start Date: Immediate / Ongoing Project NeedsType: Temporary / Project-Based AssignmentsPosition OverviewWe are actively hiring Temp Assemblers to support a variety of short-term and ongoing projects in a warehouse/manufacturing environment in Sanford, ME. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, variety in their day, and the ability to jump into different projects as needed. Assignments may vary based on business needs and can include assembly, cleanup, and general warehouse support.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with racking and basic assembly projects
- Perform general cleanup and organization of work areas
- Support packing and operational tasks as needed
- Use basic hand tools (hammer, screwdriver, wrench, etc.)
- Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs
- Adapt to changing project needs and priorities
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous warehouse or assembly experience is helpful, but not required
- Project-based work with potential for ongoing assignments
- Great way to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing/warehouse settings
- Consistent full-time hours during active projects
