Travel PT – Rehab (Days)Fort Dodge, Iowa | Start: ASAP | 13 Weeks | Weekly Gross (40 hrs): $2,412 | Weekly Stipends: $1,246

About the Opportunity 365 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week day assignment in Fort Dodge, IA. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical expertise in the evaluation, treatment, and management of patients across rehabilitation settings. The role includes a hybrid schedule, working primarily in outpatient rehab with one day per week in acute care. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Minimum Requirements

Experience• Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapist experience (required)• Outpatient experience required; inpatient experience preferred• EPIC EMR experience (required)• At least 1 completed travel contract preferred

Licenses Active Iowa PT license preferred Non–Iowa-licensed candidates accepted if willing and able to apply for Iowa licensure

Certifications BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
