Travel Respiratory Therapist – CRT / RRT (Nights)Des Moines, Iowa | Start: ASAP | 13 Weeks | Weekly Gross (36 hrs): $2,303 | Weekly Stipends: $1,407

About the Opportunity 365 Healthcare is seeking experienced Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) and Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) for a 13-week night assignment in Des Moines, IA. As a member of the interdisciplinary care team, the traveler provides respiratory care to patients of all ages, including pediatric and neonatal populations. Therapists must be comfortable floating across local campuses and supporting high-acuity respiratory needs in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Shift & ScheduleNight Shift – 6:30 PM to 6:30 AMSchedule: 3x12-hour shifts | 36 hours/weekWeekends: Every 3rd weekend with holiday rotationOn Call: NoneFloating: May be required across local campuses; cross-training on general pediatric floor provided

Pay PackageHourly (Blended): $64/hourWeekly Gross (36 hrs): $2,303Weekly Stipends: $1,407• Weekly pay• 401(k) retirement plan available• Health benefits available for eligible travelers

Minimum Requirements

Experience• Minimum 36 months of respiratory care experience in a hospital or medical center (required)• PICU and/or NICU experience required• Experience with HFOV, Jet ventilation, and Servo-U equipment preferred• CRTs accepted

Licenses Active Iowa Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license (required)

Certifications• BLS (AHA)• NBRC credential (CRT or RRT)• PALS or NRP (required)
