Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code
Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate
- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: /hr
- Charge/Precept: /hr
Billable OT:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Traveler will be required to float across to Iowa Lutheran when needed
RequirementDescription:Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code
Orientation Date(s): 3/2, 3/9, 3/16- Electrophysiology (EP) experience [required]
- travel experience desired [nice to have]
- EPIC CUPID electronic medical record experience [preferred]
- Cardiac Cath lab experience [preferred]
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, Interventional Radiology/IR experience [required]
- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Electrophysiology/EP, Cardiac Cath/CCL, Interventional Radiology/IR) [required]
- Nursy s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required] [document]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
- Driver s License [document] [required]
- AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client ACLS / advanced cardiac life support [required]
- AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS / basic life support [required]
