Description:

Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.Local candidates are NOT allowable, and all candidates must have a taxable address more than 50 miles from facility.As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

  • NBO: 16 hrs
  • EMR: EPIC
  • OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
  • Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
  • On Call: /hr
  • Charge/Precept: /hr

Billable OT:

  • 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
  • 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

  • At least 2 years of previous experience [required]
  • At least 1 travel contract completed [preferred]

  • OP pediatrics experience [preferred]

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current inpatient Physical Therapist / PT experience [required]
  • Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Physical Therapist / PT) [required]
  • Active Iowa license at time of submission [required] [document]
  • Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
  • Driver s License [document] [required]
  • AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS [required]
