Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code
Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate
- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: /hr
- Charge/Precept: /hr
Billable OT:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Traveler will be required to float across to Iowa Lutheran when needed
UNIT Info- Patient Types: CABG, ICD, Pacemaker, cardiac drips, vascular surgicals
- Patient Ratios: Days: 1:4, Nights: 1:6
- Bed Size: 24
- Drips: Nitro, cardene, Heparin, Dilt, Dopamine, etc...
- Tele tech unit monitoring: yes
- Scrubs: Navy blue, solids

- 24 months minimum of experience in Telemetry/Cardiac experience [required]
- Experience with the folloiwng patient populations: CABG, ICD, Pacemaker, cardiac drips, vascular surgicals [required[
- No 1st time travelers accepted -- must have completed at least '1' travel contract within the previous 18 months
- Cardiac Rhythm experience [required]
- EPIC emr experience [required]
- Equipment experience: Alaris IV pump, wound vac[ required]
- Drip/titration experience [required]
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current Telemetry experience [required]
- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Telemetry) [required]
- Nursys must state Active Iowa license at time of submission [required] [document]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
- Driver s License [document] [required]
- AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client BLS [required]
- AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/client ACLS [required]
