Local Radius rule: 50 miles, 10% reduction to bill rate
- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
- On Call: /hr
- Charge/Precept: /hr
Billable OT:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
Unit Information:
Labor & Delivery:
- Beds: 3 LDRP, 4 Postpartum
- 1:1 ratio, active labor
- 1:3-4 ratio, couplets
- Titration of pitocin
- Deliveries/month: 19-31 delieveries
- Annual average: 300
Types of patients:
- labor, delivery, post partum, antepartum, newborn nursery
Med Surg Unit:
- Bed size: 23
- N:P ratio: 1:5
- Patient Types: bariatric surgery, ortho, general med surg
- Drips: heparin
- 24 months of Labor & Delivery / L&D experience [required]
- nursery / Mother-Baby experience [highly preferred]
- Post Partum experience [preferred]
- 1st time travelers welcomed!
- EPIC experience [required]
- NRP certificate [required] [document]
- Intermediate- EFM / electronic fetal monitoring certificate -- [required] [document]
- Work history/resume/employment history must have 24 months of current ICU/Intensive Care experience [required]
- Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (ICU / Intensive Care) [required]
- Nursy s must state Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate at time of submission [required] [document]
- Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
