Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phonecall/text from a 405 area codeAs a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributesprofessional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management ofcare to patients.

NBO: 16 hrs
EMR: EPIC
OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
On Call: /hr
Charge/Precept: /hr

Billable OT:

36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48

Employee Separation Policy: Any pastemployee of UPH, whether FTE or PRN for the UPH float pool, cannot work travelin another Market, no matter which facility they currently work at or haveworked at within the past 12 months. If they worked travel at UPH (not FTEor PRN), the separation policy does not applyLocal Radius rule: No locals- All candidates must be at least 50miles from the facility (based on driver's license)Orientation Date(s): 10/12, 10/26
