Description: NO LOCAL TRAVELERS (perm address must be 50+ miles from facility)
- 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience REQUIRED
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Must be willing/able to float
- Please limit RTO to 3-5 DAYS.
- Minimum 2 years current Med Surg/Tele experience [REQUIRED]
- Previous travel experience [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Previous experience working in a Critical Access Hospital [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
- Work History
- Med Surg or Med Surg/Tele skills checklist [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- 1 Supervisory Signed Reference, from the past year of employment [REQUIRED]
- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- Active American Heart Association ACLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- License verification [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- All licenses/certs must be current at time of submission
- Permanent address must be included in submission file [REQUIRED]
- RTO - must be included in submission
